Accounts and Payments
- Cut-off time to place/cancel/modify orders is 11pm previous day for lunch and 12pm same day for dinner
- Please call us (9051789740) once to confirm, If we deliver in your area before placing the order.
- Byanjan reserves the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance about the same.
- Byanjan reserves the right to discontinue the Food delivery service of any customer.
Food delivery
- Food will be delivered by courier service in kolkata or other concierge services.
- Delivery charges for lunch and dinner will be applicable as per distance.
- Byanjan delivery partners would drop the customer's meal at the reception / security gate / Common area in case if they are not allowed to enter the building premises.
- Meals will be delivered between 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm for lunch and 6:30 – 9:00 pm for dinner.
- There will be no lunch delivery on heavy rains, riots, or in case of natural disasters.
- If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the Food delivery will be shared with the underprivileged children and the amount will be non-refundable.
- Any discrepancies or complaints related to Food delivery will not be entertained by Byanjan. Delivery service is a personal contract between the concierge services and you. We merely collect delivery charge on their behalf.
- In order to avoid spillage, the meals are cooled down at room temperature and then packed in safe containers. Therefore customers may receive food at room temperature. It is recommended that in order to enjoy meals, customers re-heat the food after removing the lid of containers before consumption.
- Delivery Charges will be levied on order amount of less than Rs 350.
